  • How long does it take to receive my order from HBH Website
    Our standard processing time for orders is 2 to 3 business days. Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.   • How can I track my order after making a purchase on HBH Website
    After placing an order on HBH Website, you will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24-48 hours of your order being processed. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Simply click on the tracking number provided in the email, and you will be directed to the carrier's website where you can see the current status and location of your package. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation email or tracking number within the specified timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.   • What if I never received my item(s)?
    Hair by Her Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they leave HBH Facilities. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). We will provide you with the address, shipping carrier information, tracking information and date of delivery to assist you with your claim investigation. You shall receive compensation for your lost/stolen package through the shipping carrier.
  • Can I return my hair ?
    Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    All orders are delivered on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders are not delivered on weekends. Orders shipped with standard shipping are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are delivered by the postal carrier within 3 to 5 business days. Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address, street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code. We are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is entered incorrectly. International Shipping Fees International orders may occur customs and duties fees which are not included in the purchase price. Hair By Her Boutique is not responsible for these fees, they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened or tampered. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-48Hrs after we initiate the refund. Anything longer please contact your bank.
  • May I make a exchange?
    Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange! You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number, Hair By Her Boutique will not be responsible for lost returns.
